We are looking for Fullstack Engineer Manager to be part of our interdisciplinary team, guiding our Lead Engineers & developers throughout the entire lifecycle of the different projects.

3. Requirements

🧱 Technical Expertise

• Proven experience leading 2–3 Tech Leads and 30+ total engineers efficiently, driving quality and alignment across multiple teams.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience using NestJS (backend) and NextJS (frontend).
• Strong background in building and integrating external APIs.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Express or NestJS.
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, applying best practices for scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with UI/UX workflows and tools like Figma for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with static code analysis and quality gates using SonarQube.
• Competence in writing and maintaining automated tests with Jest and/or Mocha.
• Understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and maintainability for large-scale web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• English level B2 or higher, with the ability to interact with international stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary development teams in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
• Ability to define the technical direction of projects and set clear quality standards.
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills, fostering growth and ownership within Tech Leads and their teams.
• Ability to anticipate risks and blockers early, driving effective solutions before they impact delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset for tracking delivery performance and DORA Metrics (Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, MTTR, Change Failure Rate).
• Skilled in decomposing complex initiatives into actionable milestones, prioritizing for impact.
• Experience managing stakeholders and client relationships, balancing technical feasibility and business value.
• Competence in measuring and enhancing team efficiency through metrics like velocity, cycle time, and cumulative flow.
