1. Job description

Conexa.ai is a software development company dedicated to innovation and excellence in creating cutting-edge technological solutions. We are looking for a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team to work in a hybrid office model (office at Olivos, BsAs once or twice a week). It is desired that you have experience in Startup-technology industry

3. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and management support to C-level executives.
• Manage and organize schedules, coordinate meetings.
• Organization of events for employees and external parties.
• Travel management, transfers, hospitality.
• Ensure proper office conditions weekly.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
• Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Responsible for the purchase of merchandising and corporate gifts (end of year).
• Act as a liaison between the executives and different departments within the company.

5. Requirements

• This role will be based in Buenos Aires 📍
• At least 3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant for C-level executives.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in office software and technological tools.
