1. Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic decisions to drive growth. You will work directly with our Finance Head, and closely to other teams such as Growth (Sales & Marketing), Product and People.

3. Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance, FP&A, or controlling (ideally in dynamic or high-growth environments).
• Strong skills in financial storytelling — spreadsheets, slides, and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Someone who enjoys building things from scratch and leaving structure in place.
• Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and strong attention to detail.
• Bonus points for experience with automation tools or CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills

5. Key responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Billing, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Supporting Payroll team.
• Build and polish financial reports and P&L presentations for key leadership meetings.
• Design and implement scalable, robust financial processes.
• Define financial and operational KPIs, and develop tools to track and improve them.
• Bring forward and implement ideas to optimize and automate key processes, especially around collections.
• Work closely with founders, sales, and operations to align financial insights with business strategy.
