Responsibilities 👇

• Understand Conexa's business units in depth in order to attract the best talent aligned to the needs of Product and Tech teams.
• Culture is the most important asset within Conexa; achieve maintaining best culture possible as we grow.
  • Conexa is strongly focused on maintaining and developing the best culture possible. Communicating, developing, and extending Conexas Culture internally and externally is crucial.
• Develop Conexa´s Employer Brand, Expose Conexa as a great place to work!
  • Drive the evolution of our Employer brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates and motivates.
• Achieve retention objectives and OKR. Conexa has very low rotation % — maintain it this way 🙏🏻.
• You will have to set up OKR´s and comply with them.
• Feedback and Performance process is already installed within Conexa; what we need is new ideas to make this process even better 📏.
• Work along CMO (Marketing Manager):
  • Internal and External Communications, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Conexa Blog):
    • Boosting Conexas recruitment through PR and journalistic notes. Define regional strategy in order to attract talent.
    • Align and execute internal communications.
• Bring new crazy ideas! Implement and maintain them.
• Work directly with HR Manager & CEO, defining HR strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate with all the organization's departments, and contribute to the achievement of each area's OKRs.
• Nurture On-Boarding Process. It already exists, yet achieve excellence regarding On-Boarding experience for new Conexer´s 🙌
• Climate Polls 📁 — Develop, analyze data, present results, propose ideas in order to achieve better results, measure these impacts.

What skills do I need? 👇

✔️ You are a self-starter, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to define objectives and prioritize your work.

✔️ Ability to define measurable objectives, working with OKRs.

✔️ Strong analytical skills.

✔️ You are comfortable with data and analysis, and can clearly communicate your results and ideas.
