1. Job description

🚀 We are looking for a creative, dynamic and detail-oriented Product Designer. In this role, you will lead the design for our multi-platform projects from the discovery and research to final design. You will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales

3. Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Great english communication skills.
• Experience in Tech Industry: working in SaaS or Tech B2B industries is a plus.
• Experience dealing with C-levels decision makers.
• Experience in client facing roles.
• Passionate about making things happen [hands-on].
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in design research (interviews with key business stakeholders, user research).
• Solid experience in design tools(Figma).
• Passionate about creativity and innovation

5. Main Responsibilities

You will lead the design team, being owner of our designs end to end!

✔️ Iterate and refine our designs. We love to change for the better. New ideas are totally welcome!

✔️ Lead the design team.

✔️ Work internally with Marketing team to design Conexa’s corporate brand.

✔️ Work closely to our Project Managers to participate the Discovery meetings with potential clients.

✔️ Understand our diverse partners main needs to design the best proposal for them.

✔️ Be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring consistency across all our channels.
