3. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 / 4 years of experience in
Tech B2B sales
.
- Proven experience leading Sales teams.
- Exceptional communication in English language. π¬π§
- Proficiency in using CRM HubSpot and sales management tools (Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase)
- Availability to travel as needed. βοΈ
- Proactive attitude! and problem-solving ability are a MUST!
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- This role will be based in Buenos Aires.π
- Excellent communications skills. π’
5. Main Responsibilities
- ICP: Super sharp when identifying ICP prospects πͺ - DonΒ΄t waste time!
- Quota: Achieve sales objectives. Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- New Business: Create New business opportunities. Achieve new clients KPI. Bring Deals to the table!
- Account Manager: Achieve Upselling Objectives. Client never leaves conexa.
- Efficiency: Have in mind our teams time (Product and Tech) use them well! - Proof being auto sufficient with clients.
- Partnerships: Boost Conexa's growth in Latam by consolidating long-term relationships with actual & new partnerships:
- Actual Clients 4 life. Maintain relationships!
- VTEX, Shopify, Pomelo, Visa, Mastercard, etc
- Team Management: Develop a sales team, generate internal processes to achieve quotas!
- Marketing: Work really close, to develop new assets to sell better.
- Which events should conexa be present at?
- Product: Define with Product team, new features our clients are needing, New products to sell more.
- Soft Skills: Highly & Self-motivated Sales person. Find Empathy with ICP and current clients.
- Lead comprehensive discovery conversations, unearthing prospective customersβ critical business needs.
5. KPI`s

Sales Objective:
- Quarterly & Monthly sales achievement.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions to Conexas Prospects & Clients.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key Partners / Clients.

Monthly Fee:
- Maintain at least 100% of current monthly Fees. Maintaining Clients, being sure clients don't cancel Conexa's Services. New Fees are constantly coming in, so there shouldn't be problems.
- Maintain relationships with clients in order to increase monthly fees.
- Constantly provide Conexa's value to clients. Make sure Clients are satisfied with our services.

- Being part of the Conexa Leadership Team, contributing to the design of the strategy.
