1. Job Description

We are looking for Fullstack Leaders (Nest/ NextJS) to be part of our interdisciplinary team, guiding our developers throughout the entire lifecycle of the differnt projects

3. Requirements

• Experience of at least 3 years using Nest on the backend and Next on the frontend.
• Experience integrating external APIs.
• Knowledge in creating RESTful APIs with Express and/or Nest.
• Knowledge in PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience using SonarQube.
• Knowledge in creating tests with Mocha and/or Jest.

Desired

• Familiarity with design patterns for web application scalability and maintainability.
• Understanding of server management and AWS or Azure.
• English level B2

• Experience leading development teams in agile environments, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ability to define the project's technical direction and establish quality standards.
• Skill in decomposing complex tasks and efficiently assigning them within the team.

• Competence in measuring and enhancing team efficiency through agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, and cumulative flow diagrams.
• Ability to analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
