1. Job description

🚀 We are looking for a creative, dynamic and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with strong interface design skills and a user-centered mindset to join our growing team. You'll work across digital products and visual communication pieces — from screens to branded assets — always keeping user experience at the core. You will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales

3. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Graduate or close to graduating: Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related fields.
• Great english communication skills.
• Experience in Tech Industry: working in SaaS or Tech B2B industries is a plus.
• Comfort working in client-facing or collaborative team environments.
• Passionate about making things happen [hands-on].
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Solid experience in design tools(Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Passionate about creativity and innovation
• Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile.
• Knowledge of UX research methods and when to apply them.
• Experience working with visual identity or branding assets.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with design systems or UI libraries.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira.
• Skills in motion design or interaction prototyping.

5. Main Responsibilities

✔️ Design user interfaces for multiple web and mobile products — from early concepts to final delivery.

✔️ Iterate and improve designs based on feedback, always open to new ideas and better solutions.

✔️ Translate product goals, user needs, and technical requirements into clear, scalable design solutions.

✔️ Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and clients, contributing constructively to team discussions.

✔️ Support — and be supported by — the team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

✔️ Work with the Marketing team to design and evolve Conexa’s brand assets.

✔️ Understand partner needs to propose relevant, tailored design solutions.

✔️ Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across products, communication, and channels.
