Welcome to Klaviyo - VTEX! This guide will walk you through the steps to quickly become familiar with your integration.

<aside> 🏁 Requirements

• In order to use Klaviyo, you need to be registered as a partner of Klaviyo. If you are not yet, complete the form by clicking the Sign up option.
• Then you will need to have a Public API Key / Site ID and Private API Keys. If you do not have these credentials, you can follow this guide.
• Afterwards, you will need you Key and Token from VTEX, here is a tutorial if you do not have these credentials. </aside>

Installation and onboarding

Installation

To install Klaviyo, you must log in with your credentials in VTEX here

Credentials

You will see the welcome screen. Enter your VTEX’s credentials.

• Api Key & Api Token: Follow this instructions to get them
• Store URL: Your VTEX url must be like https://vtexexample.myvtex.com

Afterwards you will enter your Klaviyo’s credentials.

💡 Note: Remember that it is necessary to have a Public API Key / Site ID and Private API Keys. If you do not have these credentials, you can follow this guide to obtain them.

Press the Save Changes button to start the process of synchronizing your sales, customers and products.

💡 Note: From time to time a scheduled task will be executed whose objective is to synchronize your clients, sales and with the Klaviyo platform. You will notice the progress of the import until the process is complete. If you close the browser tab, the migration will continue its progress normally until it fully impacts the Klaviyo platform.
